Elder Foster earned a Bachelor of Arts in African Studies from San Francisco State University, where he developed a rich understanding of cultural and historical contexts. He then received a second Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from The Bible Centre of Rochester, graduating valedictorian with Magna Cum Laude distinction.
